FAQ

Questions, answered

Is the free version really free?

Yes — the full plugin is free forever on WordPress.org, with every template, gateway, and feature included. On the free plan, Stripe payments carry a 2% platform fee (PayPal payments have none). Upgrade to Pro to remove the fee entirely.

How do I remove the 2% transaction fee?

Upgrade to Payment Page Pro ($99/year, €89, or £79). Pro removes the platform fee on all Stripe payments — you keep 100% of what you earn — and adds ACH Direct Debit plus priority support.

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, Alipay, and WeChat Pay via Stripe; ACH Direct Debit via Stripe Financial Connections (Pro); and PayPal Checkout side-by-side with Stripe.

Do I need WooCommerce?

No. Payment Page is built for exactly the sites WooCommerce is overkill for — services, donations, memberships, and simple products. Install, connect Stripe, publish a form. No cart, no checkout funnel, no product catalog.

Does it work with Elementor?

Yes — Payment Page ships a native Elementor widget: drag it into any layout, pick your form, and style it visually. There is also a shortcode that works in any builder — Divi, Bricks, Oxygen, Beaver Builder, or the block editor.

Can I charge in EUR, GBP, or other currencies?

Yes — forms can charge in 137 currencies through Stripe. The Pro plan itself is also priced locally: $99, €89, or £79 per year, so there are no FX surprises on your license either.
